Just walk across the historic Willowemoc Covered Bridge (also called the Bendo Bridge) onto
500 acres of Catskill Forest Preserve. This historic bridge was built in 1860. Enjoy a hike
along a meandering stream to a beautiful 20’ waterfall. There is a small pool at the base.
While it’s not deep enough for swimming, it's fun to cool off and splash in.
Or cross the Covered Bridge and enjoy a wonderful hike along the river. Both of the hikes are
easy enough to take the children on. Best yet, you don't have to drive anywhere
